We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Flight Attendant. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all airline policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
