The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution. - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. - Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices.
