Overview

- Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
